Frequently asked questions
The tracking number usually appears within 1 business day of your order being confirmed. Orders placed on a holiday start counting from the next business day. The number shows in your account and is emailed to you at the same time.
Check your spam folder or the Promotions tab. If it is still not there, request a new code, and make sure the email you typed matches the one you ordered with.
Message our team with the recipient name or the phone number used on the order and we will check it for you right away.
Carriers update once the parcel reaches their sorting hub, usually within 6–12 hours of us shipping. Until then it is normal for the number to return nothing.
