1. Order Processing Time

After your payment is successfully verified, the store will process and pack your order within 2–3 business days (Thailand Standard Time, excluding public holidays).

2. Shipping Schedule & Cut-off Time

We ship orders daily from [ Monday – Sunday ].
Cut-off Time: Orders with payment confirmed before 11:00 AM (Thailand Standard Time) will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next business day.

3. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time

We partner with leading shipping carriers including J&T Express, Flash Express, Kerry Express, and Thailand Post. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic Shipping: Approximately 2–3 business days.
International Shipping: Approximately 3–7 business days. (Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier's operational status, destination area, or during major promotional campaigns/holidays).

4. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Promotions

Standard Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and the actual weight of the products.
Free Shipping Promotion: Free nationwide shipping is applicable when an order meets the specific minimum purchase threshold as specified by the store's current promotion.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address used during purchase.
You can track your shipment directly through your customer account page at account.wisamin-official.com or on the respective carrier's official website.

6. Shipping Address Modifications

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our support team via storefront chat immediately before the order status changes to "Fulfilled". Once an order has left our warehouse, we cannot modify the address or cancel the order for that shipment.
