Every WISAMIN product carries a Thai FDA food registration number, is made in a GMP-certified facility and is Halal certified. Each production lot has its own documentation, and every pack carries a lot number you can check.
We ship to Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, and delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Once your parcel leaves us, the tracking number is emailed to you and appears in your account.
As soon as your order ships we email the tracking number and a tracking link. You can also look it up yourself with the email address you ordered with — no account needed.
For most orders, nothing. Each country lets low-value parcels in free of duty and tax, and our orders normally sit under that line: Singapore S$400, Malaysia RM500, the Philippines ₱10,000. Below it, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there is nothing to settle with the courier. Above it, customs in your country charges import duty and tax on arrival, and that part is paid by you. If your basket is close to the line, split it into two orders and both stay under.
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices and charges are in US dollars. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Yes. We supply retailers, pharmacies and distributors in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, and we make what we sell — so wholesale pricing comes straight from the factory. Private label and OEM production is handled by our group’s factory, K.S. Food Products Center (GMP, Thai FDA, Halal) — see ks-food.com, or email us and we will introduce you. Email us with the products, quantities and destination market and we will send a quotation. We supply WISAMIN-branded product only; we do not take private-label or contract-manufacturing work through this store.
Email us with your order number and a photo of the item and the packaging. We cover it — a replacement is sent at our cost, including return shipping where a return is needed.
