What to know before you start
Commission and earnings
- Earn commission on every order placed through your link
- A 30-day cookie keeps counting, even if the customer comes back to buy later
- If a rate changes, we give at least 7 days notice before it takes effect
Getting paid
- Paid out in SGD by bank transfer, with no transfer fee charged by us
- Paid once a month, on the 15th of the following month, once your balance reaches the minimum payout
- Only paid orders that have cleared the 7-day return window are counted
- Any tax we are required by law to withhold is deducted, with a statement issued each time
Rules to keep to
- Orders you place through your own link do not count
- No spam, and no advertising that could mislead
- Do not post your link on coupon or discount aggregator sites
- Breaking these rules may suspend your affiliate account
Supplement advertising is regulated. Partners must keep their messaging within what the rules allow, and must not claim that a product treats, relieves or cures any disease. Our team supplies pre-approved copy and images you can use straight away.
