We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Standard Returns (Change of Mind) :
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For standard returns due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to Thailand.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Not as Described Items (Our Guarantee) :
Your confidence is our priority. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the incorrect formula/item (not as described), WISAMIN will take full responsibility. We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and arrange a brand new replacement for you free of charge. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Start a Return :
To start a return, you can initiate a request through your Customer Account on our website, or contact our support team directly at maxgbshop@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges :
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items :
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (including food or dietary supplements that have been opened or unsealed) and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds :
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at maxgbshop@gmail.com.
