Can’t scan it? Type the code printed under the QR instead. It is 13 characters long and is shown in three groups, for example 0K4F-FWBH-F0SXZ. Dashes are optional.
What the result means
- Green — the code matches our factory records and this is the first time it has been scanned. Your pack is genuine.
- Orange — the code is valid but has been scanned before. If you have only just opened the pack yourself, please contact us so we can trace it.
- Red — the code is not in our system. That sticker did not come from our factory. Send us a photo of it and tell us where you bought it.
Sticker missing or won’t scan?
The QR code is the only reliable way to confirm a pack is genuine. If the sticker is damaged or missing, these checks help but they can be copied, so treat them as a guide rather than proof.
- Lot number and expiry date — printed straight onto the pack by our in-house coding machine, not on a stuck-on label. Both should be legible and not smudged or over-printed.
- Seal — the inner seal should be intact and unbroken when you open the pack for the first time.
- Where you bought it — this store and the official marketplace shops listed on our About page are the only channels we supply directly.
